The Wise Man's Fear

The Wise Man's Fear - Patrick Rothfuss Pretty awesome followup to The Name of the Wind. Although I'm still at the "what's the point" point of the story. Each book is one day where the innkeeper recounts his past life. Although his life is fascinating, by the time I finished this book I was more than ready to see what's going to happen in the present storyline. The present storyline moves at a snail's pace compared to the past storyline. I would not recommend this book, even though it's awesome. The story picked up at the end, but it was still rather inconclusive considering we're going to have to wait another 4 years or so for Mr. Rothfuss to finish the next one. I would say, wait until he's done writing all of them. Otherwise you're just going to feel gypped at the end. Hah, yes, no gaff to the Edema Ruh intended.
